====== Project Volta ======

Volta is the umbrella project for the Radxa Rock 5 ITX+ / boltzmann software stack. Two layers:

  * **Quark** — UEFI firmware rebuild via edk2-rk3588 using the Collabora TF-A rockchip branch, upstream OP-TEE master, and the rkbin v1.19 2400 MHz DDR blob; final SPI image padded to 16 MiB with 0x00 (wipes UEFI NVRAM on flash) and written via ''flashcp --partition''.
  * **[[neutron|Neutron]]** — mainline-tracking Linux kernel (''linux-rk3588-marfrit'' off ''collabora/rockchip-v7.0''). State + decision log on its own page.
